Basically, any chance we can get to be out of uniform is a great day!
What better way to start Spirit Week with a DAY OFF? On Monday, Oct. 9th, we celebrate Indigenous People’s Day. This will give us all time to get our costumes planned out for the rest of the week!
The daily themes are:
- Tuesday, Oct. 10th: Twin Tuesday! Find a friend – or teacher! – and dress as identical twins! (Maybe a few triplets in the mix?)
- Wednesday, Oct. 11th: Pajama Day! Always a favorite as we see adult onesies and fluffy slippers fill the halls!
- Thursday, Oct. 12th: Throwback Thursday! Pick your favorite decade and style it up. Let’s see who throws back the farthest!
- Friday, Oct. 13th: Character Day! Anime Heroes, Disney Princesses, Villains, TV shows? We will have it all!
A lot of seniors seemed to be upset about Twin Day being Tuesday, as that will be their CWSP work day – but we know they will come back strong and rock the rest of the week! And be on the lookout for Character Day. We hear a lot of discussions and see that people are putting a lot of thought into this one!!!
For Freshmen who are unsure of whether this is a big deal or not – it IS! A lot of students participate and turn the week into a great party!
